Dean & St. Mary's Health Works
Dean & St. Mary’s Health Works offers fitness classes, wellness programs, massage classes, prenatal classes, holistic health classes, classes for kids to adults, CPR and First Aid classes, and more! Health Works fitness, wellness and enrichment programs are brought to you by Dean Health System and St. Mary's Hospital in Madison WI.

Diabetes Education
Dean's Diabetes Educators and Registered Dietitians offer unique interactive classes and support opportunities for persons with diabetes, and their families. The goal of these classes is to provide motivation and skills for people to manage their diabetes effectively.

Let's Talk Health
Let's Talk Health is a monthly health seminar in Madison and Janesville, open to the public. All sessions are FREE!

Weight Management Programs
Dean's Comprehensive Weight Management Program offers classes for adults and children who need to effectively manage their weight. Classes include LEARN (Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitudes, Relationships, Nutrition), and Way to Go Kids.
