We request appointments for Essentials services. For skin care questions or to schedule an appointment call 608-355-7252 or email susan.goette@deancare.com

Please arrive a few minutes early, so you receive the maximum attention available to you during your appointment. To respect the schedules of our clients, all appointments end on time.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as early as possible. We have a 24-hour cancellation notice policy. If 24 hours notice is not given we will need a credit card to hold or guarantee your next appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given a 2nd time, 50% of the treatment cost will be applied to your credit card. If appointment is part of a pre-paid package you will forfeit a treatment.

Payment

We kindly accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, or gift certificates for services.
