Appointments
We request appointments for all Essentials
services. Please call (608) 824-4567 to schedule your appointment
with an Essentials aesthetician.
Please arrive a few minutes early so you receive the maximum attention available to you during your appointment. To respect the schedules of our clients, all appointments end on time.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Due to the amount of time reserved for your appointment, we ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to give 24 hours notice not only affects the person who your appointment is with but also other patients who may have needed this time.
If 24 hours notice is not given we will need a credit card to hold or guarantee your next appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given a 2nd time, 50% of the treatment cost will be applied to your credit card. If appointment is part of a pre-paid package you will forfeit a treatment.
