Services at Dean Riverview Clinic
Dean Riverview Clinic provides comprehensive health care and
urgent care for the Janesville community. The clinic features
primary care andmedical specialty services, on-site Lab and medical
imaging facilities, a full-service Dean Pharmacy, and Davis
Duehr Dean optical
store. Riverview Surgery Center,
conveniently located in the clinic complex is the preferred outpatient
surgery facility.

Bring Your Insurance Card and a Form of ID
Insurance Card - Please remember to bring your insurance card to simplify the registration process and ensure your records are current. We accept patients with Medicare, Medicaid, and self-pay. We welcome Dean Health Plan and most other major insurance providers.
Form of ID - Please be prepared to provide a photo ID when you check-in for your appointment. We do not need a picture to provide care and will not withhold treatment due to lack of identification. Acceptable forms of ID include Driver's License, State Issued ID, Student ID, Military ID or Proof of Residence (Utility Bill, Bank Statement, Pay Check). Surgery Center, a St Mary's/Dean Venture facility conveniently
located within the Dean Riverview Clinic complex, is the

facility for clinic outpatient surgeries. Davis Duehr Dean, located
on the 4th floor of the clinic, provides ophthalmology care
and
optical services. Dean physicians and specialists also treat
Dean patients at the adjascent local hospital as needed.
