Dean
On Call
Dean on Call is a 24-hour free health hotline for Dean Health
Plan members and the community. Dean nurses help callers determine
the best action for their health concerns.
Urgent Care
Dean Urgent Care locations provide immediate or urgent medical
attention for non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses.
Dean Pharmacy
For patient convenience, we offer eight Dean Pharmacy locations
in southern Wisconsin. Prescription refills can be ordered by phone or online.
Patient Concerns & Compliments
Use this secure, online form to submit a concern, complaint or compliment about
the service you received at a Dean Health System location.
