On the Move – Neurology and Neurosurgery Move to New Outpatient Center

MADISON, WI—Beginning February 16th, 2009, the following providers from the Neurology and Neurosurgery Departments at Dean Health System will move from their current Madison offices at 1313 Fish Hatchery Rd. to the new Dean & St. Mary’s Outpatient Center at 700 S. Park St., adjacent to St. Mary's Hospital.

Once at the new Outpatient Center, these providers will be under a new department name; the Neurological Institute and Spine Center. Look for this signage when locating your provider once in the building. The new department telephone numbers as of February 16th will be:
• Neurological Institute (Neurology) (608) 260-3425
• Neurosurgery & Spine Center (608) 260-3435
