New Dean/St. Mary's OB/GYN Brings Services Back to Columbus
Columbus Clinic Welcomes Mark Torres, DO
Madison, WI - Dean/St. Mary’s Columbus Clinic is pleased to announce that patients can find obstetrics/gynecology services even closer to home as Mark Torres, DO joins the practice.
Mark Torres, DO, FACOOG has practiced obstetrics and gynecology for more than 13 years. He has practiced in Maine, Illinois, and Massachusetts since 1995 and is board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Obstetrics and Gynecology. In addition to seeing patients at Columbus Clinic, Dr. Torres will have access to Columbus Hospital for procedures and deliveries.
“I am really looking forward to reestablishing OB/GYN services here in the Columbus community,” says Dr. Torres. “I enjoy making a difference in people’s lives and being able to educate them.”
Dr. Torres received his undergraduate degree at the University of Maine. He also received his medical degree and training at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Chicago, IL. He is also a member of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists as well as the American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Torres has extensive experience treating urinary incontinence and specializes in a variety of laparoscopic gynecological procedures.
“I listen carefully to patients, meet their expectations and resolve any lingering questions they may have,” says Dr. Torres. “The best part is when a family tells me about a wonderful birth experience. It’s great to be a part of that.”
