Botox®

Botox, a purified chemical, is a popular non-surgical injection for facial rejuvenation that temporarily reduces or eliminates frown lines, forehead creases, crows feet near the eyes and thick bands in the neck.

Injected into the skin, Botox relaxes facial muscles in the target area to smooth out facial lines. Botox treatments can last three to six months and may be repeated as desired.

Restylane®

Restylane is a FDA-approved filler which gently smoothes away fine lines around the lips and mouth and on the forehead, leaving no scars at the injections sites. The gel is injected into the skin in tiny amounts with a very fine needle. The result is instantaneous and produces a long-lasting, natural enhancement, gentle and safe to your skin.

One of the advantages of this procedure is that it is long-lasting, but not permanent. Unlike permanent treatments or implants, Restylane always leaves you with the option of continuing or changing the combination of treatments. Restylane is completely biodegradable and contains no animal proteins, so does not cause allergic reactions. Restylane treatments can be repeated as necessary, typically every six to 12 months.

Sculptra™

If you're looking for a way to reduce facial folds and drooping, but are not ready for a permanent surgical option, Sculptra™ may be the option for you.

Sculptra, a synthetic polymer compound of poly-L-lactic acid, is a re-volumizing agent that restores fullness and contours to correct the signs of facial fat loss due to aging. Sculptra is a bio-activator, not a filler. It effectively reduces fine lines, wrinkles, furrows and tissue loss in the face. It also encourages new collagen growth and formation of fibrous tissues that make the complexion look smooth, supple, and youthful, even after the initial filling effect has worn off.

Poly-L-lactic acid is a safe, FDA-approved biodegradable compound that has been used in a wide range of medical devices, including dissovable sutures, for more than 30 years. Sculptra™ is injected below the surface of the skin in the area of fat loss. Sculptra™ provides a gradual increase in skin thickness by stimulating the growth of collagen. The first effects of Sculptra injection will be noticeable about one month following injection, and collagen growth will continue for about four to six months. The volume achieved with Sculptra will last about two to three years. Most patients require two to five injection sessions, four to six weeks apart to achieve optimum results.

Chemical Peels

A chemical peel can refresh and rejuvenate wrinkled, spotted, or otherwise aged skin's youthful appearance. A special solution is applied to the skin to remove damaged outer layers and expose underlying fresh, unblemished skin. After healing, you can see visibly improved skin tone and color, diminish wrinkles and shrink blood vessels and pore size. The effects can be as strong as some lasers.

Alpha Hydroxy Peels (AHA)

Although alpha hydroxyl peels are offered over the counter they do not possess the same concentration levels as those available to plastic surgeons and licensed aestheticians. AHA peels remove several of the top layers of skin over a period of several days, revealing a new layer of undamaged skin which has a smoother texture and more even color.

Obagi® Blue Peel

The Obagi Blue Peel is a more potent peel than the Alpha Hydroxy. It is a one- to four-step application of blue solution mixed with TCA (Trichloracetic Acid). The slow action of the Obagi Blue Peel solution enables your doctor or qualified technician to control the peel process and its depth. These applications will lead to the removal of thin surface layers of aged and damaged skin. Layers of dead skin cell exfoliate and are replaced by healthier ones allowing the skin’s own clarity and tightness to resurface. The Obagi Blue Peel is ideal for anyone with blemish-prone skin, wrinkles, pigmentation problems, sun damage, general poor skin quality or those who wants to reverse the appearance of the aging process, and is safe for all skin colors and skin types.

Dermabrasion (Skin Refinishing)

Dermabrasion and dermaplaning are a non-chemical approach to improving the quality and texture of your skin's top layers. The treatments soften skin surface irregularities, giving the skin a smoother appearance.

Dermabarasion is most often used to improve the look of facial skin left scarred by accidents or previous surgery, or to smooth out fine facial wrinkles, such as those around the mouth. It's also sometimes used to remove pre-cancerous growths called keratoses. Dermaplaning is commonly used to treat deep acne scars. Both dermabrasion and dermaplaning can be performed on small areas of skin or the entire face.
