DHP’s Medicaid and BadgerCare plans are public health insurance programs developed by the State and Federal governments to assist the uninsured and underinsured children, families and pregnant women that meet specific income limits.
BadgerCare Plus Members(Kenosha, Milwaukee, Racine, Dean Health Plan is proud to partner with Children's Community Health Plan in Milwaukee to serve our BadgerCare members in Kenosha, Milwaukee, Racine, Ozaukee, Walworth, Washington or Waukesha counties. If you live in these counties, CCHP provides all members services.
