The Opportunity

Enjoy the opportunity to develop the family medicine practice with OB you desire. Doctors Park Physicians is a multi-specialty group comprised of three family medicine physicians with OB, 2 family medicine physicians, one internist, one general surgeon, one OB/GYN, one ENT, two nurse practitioners, and one physician assistant. Join a busy practice in our state-of-the-art office building located next to the Southwest Health Center in Platteville, Wisconsin. Colleagues describe their practice setting as a "controlled, life-style practice."
Full-time is a 4 day workweek. Call schedule of 1:8 with 1:6 for OB back-up. Nurse triage takes first call and ER will also handle most admissions. All deliveries, C-sections, and procedures are performed at Southwest Health Center, located in Platteville, Wisconsin. Doctors Park Physicians is physically attached to Southwest Health Center. Doctors Park Physicians uses Epic Computer System. Currently, all clinic notes are available through Epic. The full implementation of the electronic medical records is anticipated in 2009.

St. Mary's/Dean Ventures, Inc. (SMDV) was formed in 1989 as a joint venture between St. Mary's Hospital and Dean Health System to create a network of local community clinics linked to advanced specialty care in Madison. Today, there are more than 30 SMDV regional and eye network clinics providing convenient care to outlying communities in southern Wisconsin, and three St. Mary's Dean Day Surgery Centers in Madison and Janesville providing outpatient surgery and care.
SMDV provides financial, management, technological and recruitment support for the primary care clinics located throughout south central Wisconsin.
