The Opportunity
Part-Time Nocturnist Opportunity - St. Mary's Hospital
Dean Health System, a 500+ physician multi-specialty group, is actively recruiting a BE/BC Internist to work as a Nocturnist as part of our hospitalist program at St. Marys Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. The Hospitalist position is 100% inpatient based. This is a growing program that provides 24/7 coverage. This position will provide hospital coverage from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., and will work approximately 10 shifts per month. The Dean Hospitalists are an innovative, hardworking group who strive to provide excellent patient care and customer service. This is an opportunity to participate in this exciting, growing program. Excellent compensation and benefits will be provided with part time employment leading to shareholder status in four years.

The Hospital
St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center has been serving Madison and South Central Wisconsin since 1912. The hospital is an expanding acute-care hospital with approximately 350 beds and is generally the hospital to which the Dean Health System Physicians admit. St. Mary's is very supportive of the Dean Health System physicians and works in a complementary manner on many joint ventures to provide excellence in patient care.
Clinical programs of special interest include the Dean/St. Mary's Cardiac Center, Family Birth Center (including obstetrics, high risk pregnancy, and neonatal intensive care), Neuroscience Center, Geriatrics, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Renal Services, and Emergency Services.
