The Opportunity
Family Medicine Without Obstetrics - Stoughton Clinic
Dean Health System, a 500+ physician multi-specialty group, is recruiting for a Family Physician to join two Internists, three Family Physicians, and one Pediatrician in its Stoughton Clinic. Primary call will be 1/7. No OB. The practice will include nursing home coverage. EMR is with the EPIC system. Physicians are eligible for shareholdership status after two years.

The Hospital
Stoughton Hospital is a JACHO accredited, 60+ bed acute care hospital serving Stoughton, Evansville, Oregon, McFarland, Brooklyn, Cambridge, Deerfield, Cottage Grove, and surrounding areas and is the hospital to which Dean / SMDV physicians generally admit patients. Stoughton Hospital has an ER that is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, as well as an ICU, Urgent Care and 24 hour lab. The medical staff includes board certified physicians in emergency medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, general surgery, cardiology, pulmonology, psychiatry, gynecology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, pathology, radiology, otolaryngology, plastic surgery, and urology.

The Community
Stoughton is a thriving community of over 10,000 residents located on the picturesque Yahara River which gently flows through the center of the city.
