The Opportunity
Internal Medicine with great call schedule-1:10 and one office location! - Riverview Clinic
Dean Health System is seeking an internal medicine physician to join a department of ten internal medicine physicians and two nurse practitioners.
-Call is 1:10-three days per month with one 24 hour call on either a Saturday or Sunday.
-The work week is 4 1/2 days and the clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8:00A-5:00P.
-You'll practice at one office location and admit to one hospital--both are located in Janesville.
-The clinic offers on-site x-ray, laboratory, pharmacy, therapy services, urgent care, and optical services. Riverview Surgery Center is located on the clinic complex.
-This is a very collegial group that works very well together.
-Signing bonus and salary advancement available.

The Hospital
Dean physicians generally admit to Mercy Hospital, a JCAHO accredited 240+ bed facility located in Janesville, Wisconsin (adjacent to the Dean Riverview Clinic).
On-site services available are dialysis, blood bank, in-/out-patient surgical care, laboratory, radiology and organ bank services; and complete physical and occupational therapy, and communicative disorders departments. Specialty services include cardiology, gynecology, neurosurgery, neurology, obstetrics, orthopedics, psychiatry, oncology, pulmonology and urology.

Wisconsin has been ranked first in the nation in health care quality by the federal Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. Madison, the state capital, has a population of over 200,000 and a nationally recognized public school system.
A mid-sized city of 60,000, Janesville is located 35 miles from Madison and within two hours of Milwaukee and Chicago.
