The Opportunity
Practice small town family medicine with abundant sub-specialty care nearby. Evansville, Wisconsin. - Evansville Clinic
St. Mary's/Dean Ventures in Evansville is seeking a second family medicine physician.
-Join a family medicine physician and physician assistant. No obstetrical duties required.
-Patients can receive sub-specialty care in a short drive to Stoughton, Janesville or Madison.
-The family medicine physician shares call with three internists and four family medicine physicians.
-Practice at one office location, admit to one hospital and enjoy a four day work week.
-The clinic offers on-site lab and x-ray and clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8:30A-5:00P.
-You will have the opportunity to practice with a supportive, flexible group in a warm and friendly environment.
-Signing bonus offered and salary advancement is available.
St. Mary's/Dean Ventures, Inc. (SMDV) was formed in 1989 as a joint venture between St. Mary's Hospital and Dean Health System to create a network of local community clinics linked to advanced specialty care in Madison. Today, there are more than 30 SMDV regional and eye network clinics providing convenient care to outlying communities in southern Wisconsin, and three St. Mary's Dean Day Surgery Centers in Madison and Janesville providing outpatient surgery and care.
SMDV provides financial, management, technological and recruitment support for the primary care clinics located throughout south central Wisconsin.

The Hospital
Stoughton Hospital is a JACHO accredited, 60+ bed acute care hospital serving Stoughton, Evansville, Oregon, McFarland, Brooklyn, Cambridge, Deerfield, Cottage Grove, and surrounding areas and is the hospital to which Dean / SMDV physicians generally admit patients. Stoughton Hospital has an ER that is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, as well as an ICU, Urgent Care and 24 hour lab. The medical staff includes board certified physicians in emergency medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, general surgery, cardiology, pulmonology, psychiatry, gynecology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, pathology, radiology, otolaryngology, plastic surgery, and urology.
