The Opportunity

The West Clinic is a state-of-the-art facility housing an Urgent Care department, Laboratory, and X-ray on site.
Be busy immediately while choosing to practice all outpatient medicine with the St. Mary's hospitalist program taking care of your inpatient responsibilities; or, you may simply participate in a hospitalist rotation if you prefer to keep up your inpatient skills. A voluntary inpatient work shift is available.

Other responsibilities include working one Saturday morning approximately every eight weeks and some nursing home coverage shared with a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. Currently, each practice has evening hours once a month until 7:00 PM in order to improve patient access.

St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center has been serving Madison and South Central Wisconsin since 1912. The hospital is an expanding acute-care hospital with approximately 350 beds and is generally the hospital to which the Dean Health System Physicians admit. St. Mary's is very supportive of the Dean Health System physicians and works in a complementary manner on many joint ventures to provide excellence in patient care.
